Ford Racing is seeking a Chassis Design & Release Supervisor for Brake Systems & Frames. You will lead design and release of suspension components for the full Ford Racing production lineup, interfacing with engineering teams and suppliers.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in chassis design/release, and leadership across programs. MS and 10 years experience plus DFMEA knowledge are a plus; travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in chassis design and release for suspension members.
• Demonstrated experience with leading Chassis Engineering teams on multiple concurrent programs.
• MS degree in Engineering preferred with 10 years experience.
• Experience in chassis systems and/or frame or subframe design and release or PMT.
• Working understanding of DFMEAs (failure modes, effects, and causes).
• Ability to develop clear working level documents and management presentations; strong communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Design and release for suspension components including controls arms and links for Ford Racing programs.
• Interface with Ford Racing Vehicle Engineering, Core Ford Chassis and Body Structure Engineering, and suppliers.
• Lead chassis engineering teams across multiple concurrent programs.
• Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and lifecycle support for chassis systems.
