Job summary

Ford Racing is seeking an experienced engineer to lead chassis design and release for brake systems and frames across a full line of performance vehicles. You will manage suspension components, interfaces with engineering teams, and drive programs from concept to production.

The role requires proven leadership of chassis teams on multiple programs, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel to Ford facilities and suppliers. Hybrid onsite work arrangement is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering required.
• Demonstrated leadership of Chassis Engineering teams on multiple concurrent programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design & Release for suspension components including control arms, links, and chassis tunable components for Ford Racing vehicles.
• Interface with Ford Racing Vehicle Engineering, Core Ford Chassis and Body Structure Engineering, and suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional teams through milestones from initial layout to production launch and ongoing support.
