Lead engineers, manage suppliers, and drive gateways with rigorous analysis while delivering high-performance chassis solutions. Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering, 5+ years in chassis design/release, and proven leadership on multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience leading chassis engineering teams on multiple programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to travel.

• Design and release responsibility for Ford Racing suspension components.
• Lead engineers to meet program gateways with robust analyses and root-cause resolution.
• Manage Tier 1-3 suppliers to align with timeline and cost targets.
• Support pre-program chassis layout and structural feasibility assessments.
• Deliver technical project presentations to senior management.
