Qualifications

• 10+ years of automotive, commercial truck or bus engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Engineering Supervisor experience.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Chassis Engineering Design group and oversee ICE powertrain and chassis systems.
• Develop and deploy robust, cost-effective, manufacturable designs complying with regulations.
• Coordinate development across concurrent projects and maintain project timelines.
• Establish DFMEA requirements and validation plans for vehicle platforms.
• Mentor engineers, set goals, and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver projects on quality, budget and schedule.
