Responsibilities

• Lead suspension system development from concept through production.
• Translate performance, durability, safety, and mission requirements into robust designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Apply DFMEA, DRBFM, DFSS and GD&T to ensure robust designs and processes.
• Manage engineering changes and ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
