The role requires 1 year of admin experience, strong Google Drive skills, and a commitment to the mission and confidentiality. You will train volunteers and coordinate events across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties for the Chase the Vote initiative.
• Date entry with Google Sheets and Airtable.
• Respond to and resolve inquiries from the field team.
• Organize training materials and coordinate with volunteers across Arizona.
• Print, assemble, and distribute materials for Chase the Vote trainings.
• Coordinate materials distribution for events and outreach.
• Support graphics requests and other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate ballot chasing trainings and related events in Arizona.
