The successful candidate will assist in field operations, training coordination, and material preparation for trainings across the state, upholding grassroots humility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in administrative work.
• Proficiency with Google Drive (Sheets/Docs).

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Capable of managing deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties for the “Chase the Vote” initiative.
• Data entry with Google Sheets and Airtable.
• Respond to and resolve inquiries from the field team.
• Coordinate training and guide ballot chasers and volunteers across Arizona.
• Print and organize materials for Chase the Vote trainings.
• Coordinate distribution of materials for events.
• Assist with graphics requests and distribution.
• Assist with other Chase the Vote trainings duties.
• Organize ballot chasing events across Arizona.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
