• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to build collaboration while maintaining accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates implementation of the District's Charter School Oversight Framework, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors charter school compliance with laws, regulations, charter agreements, and District expectations.
• Plans and manages oversight activities including site visits, reviews, and reporting; develops dashboards and rubrics.
• Collects and analyzes data to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Coordinates renewal and non-renewal processes and prepares reports.
