Aston Carter is seeking a Sales Representative – Group Charter in Uniondale, NY to manage private jet charter bookings from inquiry to completion and deliver a high-quality client experience. You will build strong relationships with diverse clients and generate new business through outbound activities while traveling as needed.

This inside sales role combines client service and aviation expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with training and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Travel on board charter flights and attend industry events to support client relationships.
• Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion with a seamless client experience.
• Advise clients on aircraft options and chartering processes.
• Conduct outbound sales activities to target prospects and clients.
• Provide high-quality service to diverse clients including corporations and government.
• Oversee flight departures and related logistics, occasionally during non-standard hours.
• Build networks inside and outside the organization to drive growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and speak publicly to engage clients.
• Develop creative solutions to client problems while considering costs.
• Stay informed on aviation market trends to inform sales strategies.
