Provides strong leadership to develop and mentor operational teams, while also managing budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinates with international teams and cross functional departments which includes sales, logistics, and customer service to deliver seamless and exceptional client experiences. Additionally, the role involves overseeing fleet integration strategies to enhance operational versatility and monitoring market trends to ensure charter offerings remain competitive and responsive to customer needs.
