Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead end-to-end warehouse execution for our Enterprise Mobility operations. This on-site role requires ensuring safe, accurate and timely flow of materials, parts, and finished goods while improving service, productivity and working capital.

You will manage receiving, put-away, storage and shipping, balancing labor and capacity, and coordinating with Logistics, Customer Service and Trade Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution operations experience with direct people leadership.
• Knowledge of inventory control, material flow, transportation coordination, safety and quality systems.
• Experience using ERP and warehouse-management tools with strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse execution to ensure safe, accurate and timely flow of materials, parts, finished goods and returns.
• Manage daily performance, develop the team and improve customer service, productivity and working capital.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns and reverse-logistics.
• Establish KPI framework covering safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity; drive Lean improvements.
• Coach and develop staff; build cross-functional relationships to support operations.
