Responsibilities

• Support PM team in coordinating design and engineering for customers’ processes, equipment, and installation.
• Assist estimating, bidding, and subcontract procurement on projects.
• Coordinate construction management activities and scheduling.
• Help develop and report project status; assist in creating proposals.
• Create and maintain electronic files, forms, and brochures.
• Organize files and route correspondence for the manager.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes; support safety program enforcement.
