Job summary

Gray is seeking a Project Management intern for Summer 2027 in our Dallas, TX office. The role supports the project management team in coordinating design/engineering, estimating, bidding, and procurement for construction projects.

You will help manage project status, prepare proposals, and maintain documentation. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, with strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team in coordinating design/engineering between engineers for customers’ process, equipment, and installation.
• Assist PM team in estimating, bidding, and subcontract procurement on projects.
• Coordinate and schedule construction management activities on projects.
• Develop, maintain, and report project status to customers; assist in developing proposals.
• Create and maintain electronic files, forms, and brochures.
