My Client, a well established full service Engineering firm with a strong presence across NC, TX & FL, is seeking a Practice Lead to own and grow the Charlotte Landscape Architecture practice. You will drive business development, client engagement and financial performance with autonomy to shape the team's direction.

Leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, you will expand private/public sector work into SC, manage pursuits, and align BD with design excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning or related field.
• RLA licensure is required.
• 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture, planning or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership with responsibility for team performance, financial outcomes and client relationships.
• Experience in private land development design projects and leading complex entitlements and regulatory processes.
• Strong design credibility and a record of BD with new and expanding client accounts.

• Lead and grow the Charlotte Landscape Architecture practice.
• Develop and execute pursuit strategies, securing larger and more complex projects.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals and project pursuits from engagement to award.
• Collaborate across Civil Engineering, Transportation, Water Resources and Planning teams.
• Mentor and develop the Landscape Architecture team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee financial performance, project fees and profitability.
• Recruit and scale the team as market demand increases.
