Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the civil engineering practice in Charlotte.
• Identify and pursue new client relationships.
• Provide technical leadership for site-development projects.
• Oversee and mentor junior to senior staff.
• Direct site/civil engineering efforts and ensure quality assurance for deliverables.
• Manage logistics and represent the office in the market.
