• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with mission critical, data centre, industrial, healthcare, or highly technical projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex construction coordination.
• Experience managing project financials, schedules, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead multiple project priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall project performance.
• Leading subcontractor coordination and contract administration.
• Working closely with field teams, design consultants, owners, and trade partners.
• Driving schedule adherence and resolving project risks and challenges.
• Overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Supporting commissioning activities and ensuring a successful turnover process.
• Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
