Job summary

Elite Precision Dynamics Inc. in Matthews, NC is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to build relationships, present products, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. No prior experience required; hands-on training provided.

You will engage customers, enroll new accounts, and track sales activity, all on a Monday–Friday schedule, with base pay plus bonuses and commissions. Growth into leadership roles is encouraged in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in sales, customer service, or working with people.
• Coachable and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Present products and services, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist with new customer enrollments and account setup.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Track interactions and sales activity using internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to hit daily and weekly goals.
• Represent the brand with professionalism in all interactions.
