• 2–4 years of business, commercial, or complex civil litigation experience.
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, discovery requests, and memoranda.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive and procedural issues.
• Manage all phases of written discovery, including document review and production.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Assist with case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation planning.
• Work directly with partners and clients on ongoing matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Assist with trial preparation, witness prep, exhibit organization, and pretrial filings.
