Qualifications

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive and procedural issues.
