Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking a Business Litigation Associate for a well-established regional law firm in Raleigh. The attorney will handle sophisticated commercial disputes and gain significant client contact and courtroom experience.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-5 years of litigation experience, strong deposition and writing skills, and be licensed in North Carolina or eligible for admission.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, courtroom, and case management experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina, or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities
