Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager for NCDOT work in the Charlotte market and across central North Carolina. You will run NCDOT roadway, bridge and utility projects from preconstruction through closeout, with much of it self-performed.

Qualifications

NCDOT PM experience required, run projects end-to-end.
Strong cost control, schedules, change orders and field-team management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

Run NCDOT roadway, bridge and utility projects as PM of record from preconstruction through closeout.
Own budget, schedule, cost reports, forecasting and margin on every job.
Lead superintendents, field engineers and subcontractors to hit production, quality and safety.
Serve as main contact for NCDOT, owners, engineers, inspectors and vendors.
Issue subcontracts and purchase orders; manage subcontractor performance.
Handle change orders, pay estimates, submittals and contract documentation.
