Reporting to the Senior Retail Manager, you will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and partner with Operations to ensure a smooth opening and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of retail leadership experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with coaching on the sales floor.
• Excellent coaching, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for personalized styling and exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to manage schedules, payroll, and store KPIs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and store events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Charleston store team.
• Deliver warm, personalized client experiences and uphold Gold Standard.
• Drive sales performance and monitor key metrics.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Build relationships with local customers and community partners.
