Renu Energy Solutions is seeking a field-based solar sales professional to close residential and commercial projects with warm appointments in the Charleston area.

You will partner with inside sales, analyze energy usage, and tailor customized solar proposals while building long-term customer relationships. A strong communicator with a drive to exceed goals can earn a high income in a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled home appointments.
• Build relationships and close residential and commercial solar sales.
• Analyze energy usage and explain financial ROI of solar.
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing.
• Manage pipeline with CRM and follow-up strategies.
• Drive deals with clear communication and relationship-building.
• Meet/exceed sales goals while maximizing earnings.
• Generate referrals via exceptional customer experience.
