Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our Charleston metro locations. This on-site role requires leadership to drive KPIs, sales, and profitability while managing inventory, purchasing, receiving, and staff performance.

You will hire, train, coach, and motivate team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant operations and achieving KPIs.
• Strong inventory, purchasing, and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and retain staff to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the assigned location.
