Responsibilities

• Open/close box office procedures.
• Identify will-call orders by name, email, and order number to distribute tickets.
• Assist guests with mobile tickets during day-of-event and ingress.
• Assist customers with seat selection using venue maps.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Process payments according to policies.
• Use ticketing software to sell tickets.
• Follow venue management protocols and building procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
