Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing box office operations.
• Identify will-call orders by name, email, and order number to distribute tickets.
• Assist customers with mobile tickets during day-of-event and ingress.
• Understand venue seating and help customers choose seats.
• Answer customer questions in person and by phone.
• Process payments according to company procedures.
• Use ticketing software to sell tickets.
• Follow venue building protocols as directed by management.
• All other duties as assigned.
