Frank Productions, LLC is seeking part-time Box Office staff in Charleston, SC (Charleston Music Hall and Music Farm). Starting rate is $20/hr. We value diversity and inclusion and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

Responsibilities include daily box office operations, handling will-call orders, assisting with mobile tickets, and guiding seat selection. A background check is required, and experience with ticketing software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with diverse customers.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to learn MS Office, ticketing software, and other company software.
• Effective communication in a team and with customers.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily box office operations, including opening/closing.
• Identify will-call orders by customer info to distribute tickets.
• Assist customers with mobile tickets day-of-event and ingress.
• Understand venue seat-map and help customers select seats.
• Answer customer questions in person and by phone.
• Process payments following company procedures.
• Use ticketing software to sell tickets to patrons.
• Follow venue management protocols.
