Job summary

Global Paint for Charity Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Events Administrative Manager to support the organization’s local, national, and international events.

You will help plan, coordinate logistics, communications, and post‑event reporting across a range of initiatives from paint drives to fundraising galas and outreach campaigns. You will collaborate with executive leadership, PR, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive event coordination and strategy, driving sustainable community impact

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel, Word, Asana, or Trello preferred.
• Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events for local, national, and international initiatives.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, catering, and venue communications.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and briefing materials for executives.
• Manage pre- and post‑event data, attendance, RSVPs, and feedback.
• Support event marketing with promotional copy, photos, and public relations.
