Job summary

Global Paint for Charity is seeking a Grant Writer to lead and grow our grant portfolio, securing resources to scale paint recovery, community beautification, and workforce development.

You will plan, research, write, budget, submit, and track proposals to foundations, corporations, and public agencies, building repeatable systems to improve win rates and reporting quality. Experience in nonprofit funding preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling grant proposals.
• Experience researching funders and building grant portfolios for nonprofits.
• Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and funder compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Grant Pipeline Management: manage full lifecycle from prospecting to award setup.
• Prospect Research: identify at least 10 new funding opportunities per month.
• Proposal Development: draft letters of inquiry, narratives, budgets, and appendices.
• Budgets and Compliance: build budgets and ensure funder compliance.
• Data and Impact Integration: incorporate ESG/SDG alignment and impact metrics.
• Reporting and Stewardship: prepare interim/final reports and renewals.
• Systems and Documentation: maintain records and reusable boilerplate language.
