Job summary

Grover Gaming, part of Light & Wonder, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Business Development Representatives and Relationship Managers in a core market. You will drive the charitable gaming business through strong leadership, field-based sales meetings, and key customer presentations.

The role requires time in the field, attending state conferences, and coaching a high-performing team to achieve targets while maintaining excellent relationships with veteran and fraternal partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience (charitable gaming preferred).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and provide feedback to a team.
• Ability to handle escalated customer issues and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total sales organization in a core market including relationship management and business development.
• Identify and expand opportunities for Grover Gaming through growth strategies around retention and new business.
• Coach and train on product lines and manage daily activities and performance of the sales team.
• Engage with vendor partners and customers to ensure high-quality service and communication.
• Attend conferences and field meetings to promote Grover Gaming’s offerings.
