Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives and Relationship Managers in a core market. The role requires time in the field, conducting sales meetings, attending state conferences, and presenting to key customer meetings.

You will oversee the sales organization, coach staff, manage KPIs and bonuses, stay current on compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth for Grover Gaming products and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales management, preferably in charitable gaming.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and give feedback to a team.
• Ability to handle escalated customer issues effectively.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong product presentations that close deals.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and interpreting metrics, identifying opportunities.
• Ownership mindset with proactive, organized work style.
• Team player with problem-solving and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total sales organization in a core market, including relationship management and business development.
• Identify and expand opportunities around retention, device placement, and new business.
• Coach and train on Grover Gaming products and services across lines.
• Manage daily activities and overall performance of the sales team.
• Hire and onboard new teammates; maintain high service and communication standards.
• Coordinate with departments on product releases and identify gaps.
• Monitor KPIs and sales bonuses/commissions; align with leadership.
