Qualifications

• Candidates must have prior General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred.
• Strong front-of-house and guest-relations skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the visible face of the restaurant during service.
• Build relationships with regulars and guests.
• Lead FOH operations and uphold hospitality standards.
• Hire, train, and coach managers and hourly staff.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef to maintain FOH-BOH communication.
• Drive dining room and beverage sales.
• Manage labor, costs, inventory, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol-service and safety requirements.
• Maintain a positive, energetic workplace culture.
