Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions is partnering with an established life sciences organization to hire a Chargebacks Analyst to join its Finance team in New York. The role will manage pharmaceutical chargeback activities, including validation, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution, while supporting accurate Gross-to-Net reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and/or 3–5 years of pharmaceutical chargeback experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical chargeback and rebate processes.
• Experience with contract and chargeback systems.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts and pricing terms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process chargeback submissions.
• Approve or reject claims based on contractual terms.
• Reconcile chargebacks by customer and product.
• Prepare monthly chargeback and Gross-to-Net reporting.
• Partner with AR and Contract Administration to resolve discrepancies.
• Support rebate calculations and indirect customer inquiries.
• Communicate with wholesalers regarding chargebacks and deductions.
• Identify process improvements and maintain compliance with internal policies.
