The role interacts with distributors, customers, and internal partners to ensure claims are processed per policies, procedures, and contracts.

Candidates should have 3+ years in chargeback operations or related areas, be proficient in Excel/Power BI, and comfortable with SAP/AS400/Vistex.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and resolve chargeback claims, sales tracing discrepancies, and direct pricing claims.
• Validate claim data and investigate exceptions.
• Communicate with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and records.
• Generate reports and identify recurring issues or trends.
• Utilize ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
