Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical thinking to review large volumes of chargeback data.
• Research and audit chargeback auto-deduction activity.
• Manage reporting and provide data, analysis, and insights to Chargeback leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support chargeback reconciliation activities, delegating research findings for issue resolution and following up to ensure completion.
• Assist with leading the coordinator team’s day‑to‑day tasks.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives across the Chargebacks department.
