Responsabilidades

• Investigate disputed card, debit card, and ACH transactions and resolve within timeframes.
• Collaborate with fraud and disputes teams to determine next steps per case.
• Analyze transactions using internal policies to identify patterns or trends.
• Understand systems and tools; analyze account patterns through data analysis.
• Work with analysts, data scientists and engineers to improve loss prevention tools.
• Develop domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
• Maintain SLAs for timely resolution of cases to minimize losses.
• Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Leverage Claude or similar AI to enhance productivity and research.
