Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support a leading healthcare solutions organization within its Chargebacks & Memberships Operations team. You will maintain accurate customer, membership, contract, and class-of-trade data while supporting daily customer and supply chain operations across healthcare manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in chargebacks, memberships, rebate processing, or contract administration.
• Experience supporting healthcare manufacturers, distributors, or services.
• Experience researching and validating customer records and healthcare identifiers.
• Knowledge of GPO roster management, Class of Trade, 340B, or DEA/HIN validation.
• Strong data remediation, governance, and data quality capabilities.
• Experience working in SLA-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer, membership, contract, and class-of-trade data
• Research, validate, and remediate customer records and healthcare identifiers
• Support chargeback, membership, and contract administration processes
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues while ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Respond to customer inquiries and meet established SLAs
• Manage customer master data and class-of-trade assignments
• Support GPO roster management and membership alignment activities
• Partner with internal teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in chargebacks, memberships, rebate processing, or contract administration
• Experience supporting healthcare manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare distributors, or healthcare services organizations
• Experience researching and validating customer records and healthcare identifiers
• Knowledge of one or more of the following:
• Memberships
• GPO roster management
• Class of Trade
• 340B processes
• DEA/HIN validation
• Strong background in data remediation, data management, and data governance
• Understanding of customer master data maintenance and class-of-trade structures
• Experience working within SLA-driven environments
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
