Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood, WV. The position features a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with pay from $42/hour+.

You will lead, teach, and advocate while collaborating with healthcare and correctional staff to deliver comprehensive patient care. You will assess needs, administer medications, guide treatment plans, and promote safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, teach, and advocate for patients within a correctional setting.
• Assess physical/mental health needs and administer medications.
• Guide treatment plans from start to finish and ensure safety and standards.
• Support patient education, make timely referrals, and mentor staff.
• Respond to crises and contribute to high-quality care every day.
