Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Day Charge RN (SUD) at Maryland Correctional Institution in Hagerstown, MD. The role involves supervising nursing staff and delivering direct and indirect nursing care within a correctional setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD RN license, have 2+ years in community/correctional SUD, and be CPR/BLS certified. A BSN is preferred but not required; eligibility for security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse license in Maryland (MD).
• Board certification (BSN) is preferred but not required.
• Over two years of experience in community or correctional SUD settings.
• Current PPD/TB documentation or willingness to obtain.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff on assigned day shift.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to inmates.
• Collaborate with the DON and a multidisciplinary team to address health needs.
