Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Day Charge RN (SUD) for the Maryland Correctional Institution in Hagerstown, MD. The role provides supervision of nursing and support staff on the assigned shift and delivers direct and indirect nursing care to patients in a correctional setting, under the Director of Nursing and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Must hold Maryland RN license; BSN preferred but not required.
  • Over two years of experience in community or correctional substance abuse clinics.
  • CPR/BLS certification is required.
  • Prior supervisory nursing experience is preferred.
  • Experience in correctional settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shift.
  • Deliver direct and indirect nursing care to patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address health needs.
