CARIN Alliance seeks a Nursing Unit Lead to supervise a nursing team and collaborate with the Nurse Manager, physicians, and staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care. The role includes clinical leadership, care plan development, staff performance monitoring, and ensuring safety standards, equipment and environment safety, and efficient unit operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN licensure
Leads and supervises a nursing unit, collaborating with the Nurse Manager, physicians, and staff to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
Provides clinical leadership, develops care plans, monitors staff performance, fosters patient-centered care, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Manages staffing based on patient needs, oversees unit operations, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Addresses patient and family concerns and promotes a safe, efficient environment.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in nursing, RN licensure, and supervisory experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree, clinical specialty or nursing administration certifications, and CPR/BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Supervises nursing staff, manages staffing and scheduling, conducts performance evaluations, and ensures equipment and environmental safety. Participates in patient care as needed and contributes to policy development and quality improvement activities.
