Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for the Surgery/OR to join our 3p–11p shift. This full-time role offers a 36-hour work week at Edward Hospital with call requirements.

You will deliver professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, delegate tasks, and collaborate with the team to meet unit goals. IL RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS within specified timelines; BSN preferred within 5 years from start date.

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.
• ACLS within ninety days of start date.
• PALS within ninety days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Render professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Assess patients' condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Support unit goals as a team member.
