National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking an RN Charge Nurse in Bethel, CT. You will lead nursing care to our aging residents, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and comfort. Start rate is USD 50.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing for the aged and chronically ill; ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
