Qualifications

• Twenty four months of clinical nursing experience with demonstration of progressive leadership skills.
• RN - Texas State Licensure and BLS certification per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit and shared governance activities and coordinate education with management.
• Provide nursing care and perform assessments, exams, and medical record maintenance.
• Coach and mentor department staff in clinical and professional practice.
