Job summary

Responsibilities include leading education initiatives, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring accurate medical records while collaborating with physicians and the interprofessional team.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Three years clinical nursing experience with demonstration of progressive leadership.
• One year in specialty preferred.
• Texas RN licensure (PSV Compact) and permanent Texas license within 60 days, plus BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit and shared governance activities and mentor staff.
• Coordinate unit and hospital-wide education in partnership with management.
• Provide high quality nursing care and serve as a clinical resource across the institution.
