Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing care delivery in a busy inpatient setting. You will coordinate care, mentor staff, and partner with nursing leadership to uphold standards of practice.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, current BLS, and ACLS certification (ACLS required within 90 days; day-1 for Charge Nurses). Prior med-surg or critical care experience is preferred. Opportunity for growth within PAM Health family.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification is required
• ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days; ACLS from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
• Experience in emergency or critical care environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care aligned with Nursing Leadership.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain standards of nursing practice.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff
