Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a registered nurse to deliver quality care across the patient lifecycle. You will coordinate care, provide clinical support during census fluctuations, and communicate effectively with leaders and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required are RN licensure in Georgia and BCLS; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, and PEARS are expected based on unit requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (RN) is required.
• Georgia State Licensure as an RN and BCLS/ACLS/PALS/pears and other certifications as listed are required or must be obtained.
• Extensive pediatric, critical care, oncology or ED certification emphasis depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle.
• Provides clinical care as needed during census variations.
• Communicates care plans and staff concerns to leadership; serves as a resource to staff.
