Good Samaritan Luverne is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active MN RN license; a BSN is preferred. The position offers day shifts, part-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA where applicable.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multi-state licensure if in an NLC state.
• Active MN RN license required at time of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team members and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure safety and quality of care, uphold nursing standards and applicable regulations.
