Job summary

STRIDE Community Health Center in Colorado is seeking a Charge – Community Health RN to support the Nurse Manager and MA Supervisor. This role is 70% clinical and 30% administrative, with a leadership stipend.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving care processes while delivering direct patient care within the nursing scope. Preference for ambulatory care leadership experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in Colorado or compact licensing arrangement is required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Registered Nursing from an accredited program is required.
• Two years of full-time RN experience in hospital or community health setting is required.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• Ambulatory care nursing experience and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hiring, training, evaluation, and workflow for staff in accordance with STRIDE policies and laws.
• Support compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain efficient care processes and procedures.
• Provide direct clinical services within the approved nursing scope.
• Assist in staffing planning to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
