The Charge – Community Health RN assists and supports the Nurse Manager and Medical Assistant Supervisor(s) in the supervision of service, training, operational, and personnel functions within their assigned location or region. This position is 70% clinical, 30% administrative, and includes a leadership stipend.

The role requires physical stamina to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds and involves sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, walking, and climbing stairs as well as reaching overhead and performing repetitive tasks. Effective verbal communication and strong hearing skills are essential. The position also demands strong mental capabilities, including the ability to compare, copy, compute, compile, analyze, coordinate, and negotiate information. Additionally, instructing others and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills are critical components of this role.

Competitive salary of $72,000–$96,000 annually, based on experience. This role also includes a $10,000 annual leadership stipend for Charge RN responsibilities. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
